Hanson-Van Winkle-Munning Company Double end buffer/polisher No. 20, S/N: 353 Divine Flex-speed Variable RPM 7.5 hp., 220V, 3 ph Dust collection on both spindles Known Deficiencies: 1. Spindle speed adjustment lever non existent 2. Rotary Handwheel on front side of unit is broken - parts present. Protruding handle shaft appears to have no damage. 3. Hole on lower front of cast iron base/frame. Broken piece present inside of base/frame ALL OF THESE ISSUES ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE IN PICTURES WE HAVE OF THIS UNIT. PLEASE REQUEST THEM IF
